I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the size of the rooms was fantastic - they were spacious and provided ample space for comfort. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable. From accommodating babies to providing necessary amenities, they went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was ideal. Situated near the river and close to nature, it offered a serene and picturesque setting.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

I appreciated the complimentary drink and snack upon arrival, as well as the free shuttle service to nearby attractions. the hotel's location, near the beach and city center, made it easy to explore the area.
My overall experience was disappointing. the food was overpriced and below average.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away by the river, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotlessly clean, with attention to detail in the immaculate bed linen. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day off right.
The hotel signs could be improved for better visibility.

The hotel was conveniently located by the highway and had a great breakfast. The staff was friendly and provided prompt room service, delivering buckets of ice with a smile. The hotel also had a generator, so load shedding was never an issue.
Hard to think of anything.

Located conveniently close to the highway, this hotel has an on-site restaurant serving reasonably priced food that is decent in quality. It's a great base for exploring Hluhluwe park. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff makes guests feel welcomed. the gardens are beautiful to wander through and the pool is a nice bonus, with helpful staff and buffets offered for meals.
The hotel could improve the bathroom area for better privacy, though it may be less of a concern for some.

Great location near Kwamsane and easy to access. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and it was noticeable throughout the public areas and in our room. The staff were welcoming and showed us around the site, pointing out the key amenities and areas of interest. We enjoyed the pool area which was well-kept and had plenty of seating options.
The shower enclosures leaked water and made the bathroom floor wet and slippery for the entire stay. The lack of a bar fridge was inconvenient, and we had to get drinks from the restaurant or bar.
